This house isn’t just meticulously reconstructed with a nod to historical preservation, but it harmonizes the tendencies of historical Secessionist architecture with the advantages of modern living. Each of the two identical yet mirrored apartments represents a two-story 4-room loft space with a terrace and cellar. Apartment 109/11 spans 109.7m², while apartment 109/12 covers 107.6m². They offer views from the living room and terrace overlooking the historic part of Prague with Grébovka Park and, in the opposite direction, towards the park along Pod Vilami Street. Accessible via a panoramic elevator, the apartments retain parts of the roof structure and exposed brick walls.
