Why we work with your data
We work with your personal data for the purpose of negotiating a contract and, if a contract is concluded, for the performance of the contract, the fulfilment of legal obligations (for example, accounting) and the pursuit of our legitimate interests consisting in particular in the establishment, exercise and proof of legal claims and the defence of legal claims. In this case, we may also process your personal data in order to pursue our legitimate interest in offering our products and services. We also store identification data, in particular your IP address, in order to pursue our legitimate interest in protecting you from cyber-attacks. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data here is the pursuit of our legitimate interest.

How long we will work with the data
If you contact us as a representative of a potential client, we will work with your personal data for 90 days to negotiate a contract. In the event that a contract is concluded, we will work with your data for the duration of the contract and for the time necessary to exercise any claims under such contract, generally for three years after its termination.

What data we process about you
If you are a prospective customer for our services, we process your personal data in order to make you an offer of services. If you are already our client/customer, we process your personal data in order to manage the contractual relationship we have or have had with you. In either case, we may also use your personal data for marketing and commercial purposes (sending you commercial communications, reporting on the use of our services, etc.). These purposes and the rules we apply to them are set out below.

To whom we may pass your data
We may pass your data to processors who provide us with IT, marketing and other support services. Your data will only be handled in the EU where data protection is ensured.
